Privacy Policy

The short version

This website describes what our company does and publishes our articles. It sets no cookies, has no accounts, no forms and no payments, and we do not sell or share personal information. The only data that reaches us is what your browser necessarily sends in order to load a page, an anonymous record that a page was viewed, and whatever you choose to put in an email to us.

What we collect

• Technical request data. Our hosting provider records the usual server information when a page is served: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. This is what makes it possible to serve the site, keep it up, and investigate abuse.
• Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see where visits come from. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you, follow you across other websites, or store an identifier on your device. We see counts and trends, not individuals.
• Anything you email us. If you write to us, we receive your message, your email address, and whatever else you include.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels, so there is no cookie banner to click through. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does.

How we use it

To operate and secure the website, to understand in aggregate whether anyone is reading it, and to reply to you if you have written to us. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who else is involved

We keep the list of companies that touch this data as short as we can:

• Vercel — hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
• Google — provides our email, so a message you send us is stored there.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Server logs and analytics data are kept only as long as our providers retain them in the ordinary course, which is a matter of months rather than years. Email is kept for as long as it is useful to the correspondence, and you can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Visitors in the EEA and the UK have comparable rights under the GDPR.

Given how little this site collects, we will usually hold nothing about you beyond a log entry we cannot connect to your name. To make a request, email hello@gatrilabs.com; we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

We link to inviwork.ai and to our LinkedIn, GitHub and X pages. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy policy, not this one.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
